Central Music Warehouse
is a professional sound, lighting and musical outlet
located at 62 Ritchie Road, Capital Heights, MD, just
outside of Washington DC. We have been serving our
customers since 1985. Central's products are backed by
manufacturer warranties and we have a 21-day refund
period for returning our products if you dissatisfied.
Our business hours are M - F 11:00 - 7:00, and Sat 11:00

concerning product purchases, services, mechandise
returns.
Returning Merchandise:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it(intact and defect-free) to Central Music
Warehouse at anytime within the first 21 days of
receiving the item. You may also return items that have
been broken during shipping or items that require
service under warranty. You must fill out all warranty
information to receive full benefit from the
manufacturer.

order to expedite the service process, please have
proof-of-purchase, warranty, and delivery information
available when placing service calls.
*** Open sets of strings, harmonicas, and certain other
items are non-returnable, unless they were defective
upon delivery.
Payment Options:
As payment options, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and
*Personal Checks made payable to Central Music
Warehouse.
*** Personal Checks must clear prior to item shipment.
Shipping Information:
You can expect a 2-5 day delivery period. If shorter
time is required, arrangements must be made by calling
Central Music Warehouse. Customer pays for all the
shipping expense. Shipping costs are 7% of subtotal with
a minimum cost of $7.00. Shipping charges may vary
depending on shipping location and item size and weight.
